Who are we?
Filthy Casuals with Tommy Dassalo, Ben Vernel and Adam Knox is a comedy podcast that launched in September of 2015. The three hosts saw a gap in the market for an Australian comedy podcast that took a casual look at video games. Since then the show has become massively popular, with millions of downloads and appearances at PAX AUS and countless sold-out live shows around Australia.
Tommy Dassalo
Tommy Dassalo is a TV writer, stand up comedian and podcast host. As well as hosting Filthy Casuals, Dassalo co-hosts successful comedy podcast The Little Dum Dum Club. Dassalo also works as an illustrator and cartoonist and has presented multiple exhibitions of his work.
Ben Vernel
Ben Vernel is a writer, designer, comedian and podcast host. Since 2015 he has been a part of sketch group Chimp Cop, and previously hosted Arya Talking To Me? – a Game of Thrones podcast that was featured on Buzzfeed and Vulture.com.
Adam Knox
Adam Knox is a comedian and podcast host who featured in Australia’s national comedy competition Grand Final and was the winner of the school-age national comedy competition Class Clowns. Knox has written and performed many solo and group comedy shows and appeared on panel shows, podcasts and television.
